Laeticia holds a Master of Arts in Economics Degree from the University of Malawi. Prior to joining UNIMA, Laeticia worked as a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Lead at One Acre Fund- Malawi. Previous to her work with One Acre Fund, she was a Global Health Corps fellow and worked as a Monitoring and Evaluations Consultant for ArtGlo. She has also spearheaded Monitoring and Evaluation work as well as program implementation for organizations such as Community Energy Malawi and Maternity Worldwide institute. Interested in development economics, her research agenda has span a range of topics in applied microeconomics including health, agriculture, nutrition and energy. At One Acre Fund, for example, she has been conducting evaluations of the organisation’s interventions in agriculture, energy and nutrition in rural Malawi. In her free time, Laeticia enjoys sightseeing, baking and designing and dressmaking.
